In addition to a fair and attractive salary, we offer our employees other interesting benefits. We also support our employees with language courses and other further training opportunities.


We operate an open feedback culture based on trust. We want feedback from everyone and in all directions - including outside the regular staff appraisals. Our communication is characterised by respect and acceptance and is always focused on finding solutions. Flat hierarchies

Staff development

We respect the individual character of each of our employees and the fact that their ideas change over time. We adjust to this. We take account of the many different routes a personal career plan can take. So we make individual agreements, tailored to the employee's personal needs, that provide scope for personal development. These include regular staff appraisals, as well as coaching and training opportunities.
